Attention in.
Revenue out.

Matmo LLC builds and runs the machinery that turns audiences into customers for businesses that sell knowledge — the marketing, the technology underneath it, the media that feeds it, and the operations that keep it standing.

The name is the method

MATMO is not a word. It is four disciplines that have to move together.

Most companies buy them separately and then spend their margin translating between four vendors who disagree. We hold all four, so the argument happens internally and the client only sees the result.

MArketing

Say the right thing

Positioning, offer architecture and the message itself. Before a single euro of media is spent, we make sure there is something worth saying and a reason to buy it now.

Technology

Build the path

Funnels, checkout, CRM, automation, tracking. The infrastructure a prospect walks through, instrumented end to end so nothing is guessed.

Media

Put it in front of people

Creative production and paid distribution. A continuous supply of concepts tested cheaply, with the winners scaled against revenue rather than platform metrics.

Operations

Keep it running

Reporting, cadence, incident handling, sales support. The unglamorous half that decides whether the other three survive contact with a real month.

What we do

We are hired when the offer works and the machine does not.

01 — DEMAND

Demand generation

Creative that earns attention and campaigns that buy it efficiently. We treat creative as a production line, not an occasional project: concepts, hooks and formats go out in a steady stream, get tested at low spend, and only the survivors get budget.

  • Concept, script and hook development
  • Video and static production, iterated weekly
  • Campaign structure, budget allocation, scaling
  • Server-side tracking and conversion attribution
02 — CONVERSION

Conversion systems

Every screen between the first impression and the confirmed order: landing pages, webinar registrations, sales pages, checkout and upsell flows. Versioned, instrumented and split-tested against a control.

  • Funnel and checkout development
  • A/B testing with declared winners
  • Page speed and mobile friction work
03 — RETENTION

Lifecycle & CRM

One customer record from first click to renewal, and the automation that acts on it. Segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, sales pipelines and clean hand-offs to the humans who close.

  • CRM architecture and segmentation
  • Email and messaging automation
  • Pipeline design and closer assignment
04 — TRUTH

Measurement and reporting

Advertising platforms, the CRM and the bank account rarely agree. We consolidate them into a single reporting layer, so cost per acquisition, cash collected and cohort performance are read from one source and argued about once.

  • Consolidated spend, revenue and margin reporting
  • Cohort and payment-plan performance
  • Fixed reporting cadence, not on request
  • Internal tooling for sales, support and finance

A campaign is not a strategy, and a dashboard is not a result. The only number that settles an argument is cash collected against what it cost to collect it.

How we decide what stays and what gets cut
How an engagement runs

Diagnose, rebuild, operate, compound.

01

Diagnose

We map the offer, the traffic, the data and the tooling as they actually are — not as the org chart describes them. The output is a written architecture and a ranked list of what is costing the most money right now.

02

Rebuild

The systems in the plan get built in staging, validated against live traffic and migrated without interrupting campaigns or customer communication. Nothing is switched over on a Friday.

03

Operate

Campaigns launched, budgets managed, sequences scheduled, pipelines maintained, incidents handled. We take the pager, not just the brief, and reporting arrives on a fixed cadence.

04

Compound

Every meaningful element — creative, page, sequence, offer, price presentation — is tested against a control. What wins gets documented and rolled out across the rest of the system, so the gains stack instead of resetting.

Who we work with

Businesses that sell what they know.

Training companies, academies and expert-led programmes, where a high-value product is sold online through paid traffic, live events and a sales team. We own and license education brands ourselves, which is why we tend to understand the problem before it is explained.

We do not publish client names. Commercial relationships, performance data and creative assets stay between the parties to them.
